Get a push notification when you're mentioned in Twitch chat
ChatPing watches your favorite chats around the clock. When someone writes your name, your nickname or a keyword, your phone pings right away. Your PC doesn't need to stay on.
Set up in three steps
-
Sign in with Twitch
One click, then you confirm on Twitch that ChatPing may read chats for you. You never enter a password on our site.
-
Pick your channels
Import channels straight from your follows or search for any channel. Your name is detected automatically; add nicknames and keywords yourself.
-
Turn on push
From now on your phone pings whenever you're mentioned. Tap it to see the message with the chat before and after.
What ChatPing watches for you
@mentions and replies
Every message with @yourname and every direct reply to you, across all channels you pick.
Name, nicknames, typos
Nicknames, stretched spellings and small typos are caught too. Exclusion words keep false alarms away.
Keywords
Get notified when your team, a giveaway or any word you choose comes up.
Loud when it matters
When the streamer, a mod or a VIP mentions you, it rings. Everything else can arrive silently. Quiet hours keep your nights free.
Context and VOD link
See the messages before and after each mention and jump straight to that moment in the VOD.
Reply directly
Reply from the app in the right chat. If they answer, you get it for 15 minutes even without an @. Always typed by you, never automatic.
Live chat and stream in the app
Open the chat of any watched channel right inside ChatPing, with the stream on top if you like.
Clip radar for clippers
When a chat explodes with laughter, hype or “clip it” calls, your phone pings. One tap creates the clip while the moment is still in Twitch’s buffer.
Why not just use Chatterino or the Twitch app?
Both are great for chatting. For mentions in chats you don't have open right now, they're missing something.

Frequently asked questions
Doesn't Twitch notify me when I'm mentioned?
No. The Twitch app notifies you about streams going live, VODs and clips, but not about mentions in chats you don't have open. That's the gap ChatPing fills.
Does my PC need to stay on?
No. ChatPing watches the chats on a server. Desktop clients like Chatterino only show mentions while your computer is running.
Does ChatPing work on iPhone?
Yes, on iOS 16.4 and later. Open ChatPing in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”. From then on you get push notifications like from any other app.
Does ChatPing store the chat?
No. ChatPing checks each message in memory only. It stores just the messages that mention you, with a few lines of context, and deletes them automatically after 30 days.
Can ChatPing write in my name?
Only when you type a reply yourself and send it. ChatPing never writes automatically and never spams.
How many channels can I watch?
Up to 10 channels at once during the beta.
How much does ChatPing cost?
ChatPing is free during the beta.
